What is Youth OGP?
The Open Government Partnership (OGP) is a global initiative bringing together government and civil society to promote transparency, empower citizens, fight corruption, and strengthen governance. Youth OGP is the youth-focused arm of this movement — a platform for young Filipinos to actively shape how government works, contribute ideas, and take part in concrete civic activities.
Registering as a Youth OGP participant connects you to a growing community of students, young professionals, youth leaders, volunteers, and organization members working on open data, digital governance, public service innovation, and more — alongside local and national government partners.
Who can join?
Filipino youth aged 15 to 30, from any background, region, or affiliation.
What do I commit to?
Registration itself is a first step — activities, trainings, and projects are optional and announced afterward.
Is my data safe?
Your information is processed under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is it free?
