2. Why we collect it
Your information is used to process your Youth OGP registration, verify eligibility, communicate updates and opportunities, organize activities and trainings, track attendance and participation, issue certificates, and generate anonymized, aggregate engagement analytics to improve youth programs.

Collection and processing are based on your explicit consent, given at registration, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
4. How we protect your data
Data is stored in access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and validated/sanitized on both the browser and the server. We apply rate limiting and duplicate-submission safeguards, and administrative access is restricted to authorized Youth OGP Secretariat personnel.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or publicly expose your personal information. Data may be shared with authorized government partners strictly for Youth OGP program implementation, and only as necessary and permitted by law.

7. Data retention
Registration records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, or as required by applicable law and government records-retention rules, after which data is archived or securely disposed of.
8. Marketing communications
Non-essential communications (e.g. newsletters, general announcements) are sent only if you opt in separately during registration. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting your registration status.
